Is not the case. Apple edu sell it also for 549. Plus trade in value for iPad Air M1 base in Apple is 210, BestBuy only offers 175. I am a plus member.

I missed the $399 iPad air 11 inch M3 deal back in December. Hopefully they bring it back.

Great cpu and tablet, but honestly iPad os gimps it. Would be amazing if Apple would let you run macos on it and it'd probably perform better than the new MacBook Neo using the mobile A18 chip too.

Do not buy the 128gb version. Way too small of storage.

The OS alone is about 20gb.

Anyone know what the best deal on an iPad Pro (any M gen) these days?
I just bought my first Pro (M2) on Sam's...It's $499.91 for the 128GB model. I did some research and it looks like the M2 PRO is better than the M3 AIR especially for watching media.

The newest 11" (M5) has been $799 a few times recently, which matches the M4 price that's been popping up a lot (and unavailable in a lot of places). Not sure if there's a better deal on a lower M series, but I jumped on the M5 just for the longevity of the expected lifespan for me.
Thanks - I'm really holding out for a something cheaper but still the 120hz screen. I bought my 10.5 inch Ipad Pro for $550 open box before covid and it's starting to die.

I think you will be much happier getting a Fire HD11 MAX tablet. That MAX seems to go along way...
I need to replace a ipad pro 10.5 that's several years old. I'd never heard of the Fire Max, but my experience with Kindle Fire hasn't been very positive.

That's exactly the kind of deal I'm looking for, unfortunately there's no Sam's club near me, at least not near enough that being a member would make sense.

So... What are you using with your iPad to require so much space? I just can't see it. Not taking photos/videos with it... Probably streaming content .

Only thing I can see is video editing.. but with the os being such a pain to move data back and forth... Why bother.

Gaming ?! Serious question

This thing really have 12GB RAM? Seems like a good amount for a long usable life... if true.

Yeah, more than capable, but Apple wouldn't do that as it would kill MacBook sales. An iPad is basically a blown-up iPhone, and some people prefer that. They don't want it to be like a MacBook.
iOS 26 on a 4th Gen iPad Air has been far more macOS-like than anything ive seen yet. menu bars, resizable windows, finally got a normal file explorer a few years ago...

Fun fact, iPadOS self-identifies as MacOSX in the system logs of web applications.

I have a lot of shade to throw at Apple. and im an Android fan...but I do love me an iPad and they're way better now than a few years ago

What does promoted mean for an apple product sold by bb? Are either really paying SD for this? There no way a 6% discount is "popular"!

Apple does not cannibalize their own product line. I imagine the Neo costs a considerable amount of money to develop.

And high end Android tablets are coming out with 24GB of RAM. But HEY... I did say high end.

Yeah but those don't run Apple apps and iPadOS.

But you make it sound like WOW... 12GB of RAM, can't believe it.. Wow wow wow. But in reality, apple is way behind the eight ball with all their products. And high end tablets LIKE THIS ONE should have options to add more RAM... 24GB seems to be the new standard.. not 12GB.

Just FYI... ipads don't run all of Apple's apps... they only run Ipad OS apps. iPads cannot natively run macOS apps, as they use different operating systems (iPadOS vs. macOS) and file structures (.ipa vs. .app/.dmg).
