Most of the ridiculous "staff" posts are about generating clickthroughs and Sales for their posts.
Get rid of these useless "staff" majority is just TRASH!
Bring it back to the users and offer some profit sharing.
REAL DEALS would skyrocket and so too would revenue.
Tons of us used to be regular contributors...but now it's just FleaMarket/Dollar store goods by CHINA BASED Sellers.
Disguised to "look" legit because they have a sellers page on AZN and HEAVILY promoted by $D.

I completely understand (and support) the need for this site to make money, but there has to be a better way
