How is the Division 2? I played the first one. It was fun for a while, but the gameplay loop was very redundant.

More of the same but set in Washington, D.C. in the summer. Fun game but gameplay loop is very much the same as the first.

Very much the same as the first one. The dark zone is likely deserted now since thats the pvp zone. People used to just camp the entrance and take everyone out as soon and they enter. I had a lot of fun playing it on stadia before they shutdown with co-op missions with randos. I am not sure how many people even play it anymore its an old game.

It's a great time to play Division 2, as the developer (Massive) have refocused their efforts on this game after some years of neglect in favor of developing other titles like Avatar and Star Wars Outlaws. For the past year or so, Division 2 has been reinvigorated with fresh content and active players again. This pricing deal is part of the 10yr anniversary celebration of The Division franchise.

I liked the first one better because of the setting. Very repetitive. They are dirt cheap on Steam now too.

I couldn't get into The Division 2. The home base was all ups and downs and there was so much clutter in the game it made it tedious to watch for things I needed to see. The Division 1 is a solid game that doesn't have those problems. I could sink another 100 hours into it easily. It's easily worth the $7.50.
