Besides, $27 for a flashlight to most consumers isn't considered a "budget" flashlight, especially when you consider you can get a decent 18650 powered flashlight these days for a third of this price.

Hate to break it to you but China leads the world in Flashlight technology.

I'd love to hear more about these decent 18650 lights for $9 though.
