Every time I see the seller VIP outlet now, I clinch. I will not buy from them anymore. They are a very bad seller. They often advertise deals at a very low price, but cancel your order and then re-list the same item at a much higher price. Or they false advertising an item's condition by listing brand new with damaged open box, but send you something that is used. Avoid this seller at all cost.

VIP outlets selling returned goods & doesnt respond to messages abt returns. Avoid then unless you like to gamble

I bought an ONN speaker from them about a month ago. I saw it here, but ended up buying it from Walmart.com because it was cheaper (same seller). Got it via FedEx, box and speaker were great but charging cable was missing. I reached out to them via Walmart app and got a response that they couldn't find a replacement. I ended up buying a cable from Amazon and call it a day. Return via Walmart is easier if you have problems with them.

Avoid this seller. As other have stated, bait and switch tactics, sending completely different items than what was purchased, or items that are defective and have issues despite being listed as new. Don't waste your time.

They've burned me twice: once with a bait and switch device that was completely different, and the other with canceling orders at lower price and raising the price of same item in stock later.
