As for SB, agreed, I've had good success with them. In fact, I'm bummed, just joined at end of January with the Amex offer of only $49 back. Could have saved myself the full fee had I waited about a month.
Actually $100 in SB is worth almost FIVE $25 prepaid mastercards with the monthly 13% discount on one. Would need about $106 in SB to cash out for 5 at 1x a month.
OH! and you'll be happy to know, I didn't rip this from another deal site. My very own unique creation.

But doesn't exclude prior members, just saying you won't get another $100 next year on auto renew
