It's not dead. I still see the banner. SB is not a scam. I've done 2-3 deals similar to this over several years. There was one deal that didn't work, but I had kept screenshots as proof, so it was easy to sort things out, and they issued points afterwards.

Did you have to wait the 31 days or w/e the maximum is before they posted? I'm familiar with capitalone usually those post for me after 2-3 days. Did the deal last Friday and it's not showing up in my pending activity. I have an email of the purchase at the time tracked in the corresponding visited id if I just need to submit that to them.

Same situation as you. Nothing in my pending yet. I've submitted an inquiry as well but no response yet. It's been a week for me as well.

First off, to accuse SB of being shady when we don't know if you followed all the steps in this thread outlined by others

Now, assuming you did, please take a chill pill and assuming you were 100% careful in your purchase, after 7 days go here.

on the activity where it shows you clicked through to Walmart to purchase the Plus membership, click on the envelope for support and to open a ticket. You'll need to fill out the form and upload your documentation asked for. I believe you have to wait 7 days from click through to open a support ticket.

They will investigate and get back with you and credit your account if your cashback didn't report as it should have assuming you did everything correctly.

Given how many in this thread say they got their rewards with no issue, I don't think SB is shady at all. Easy to blame Swagbucks because your situation had a glitch.

I'm not new to this cb site game. I had no ad blockers and carefully read the terms. Documented my entire process and was able to open a ticket after the 4th day of transaction. Had no issues with SB usually but this time around with a high ticketed item, not sure why they're making it harder. It should have been the same as any other purchase but I now have to go through the hassle of fighting with support. Just inconvenient and shady imo.

Not a Walmart Plus member but I'm puzzled about that grayed out $198 amount. Is this the regular price now for a Walmart Plus membership without any promos?

Look, sh** happens, the fault can be on Walmart's end too. As for fighting, takes 5 minutes to open a ticket and give them what they need. Hopefully, you'll get your $100 in Swagbucks.

Let it play out and see what happens, if they credit your $100 they're not shady, just had an unexpected reporting snafu on your order. If they don't at least you'll get a reason why and you can proceed from that point. Hopefully you'll get your credit and you can close the chapter on this.

Yeah. I bit the bullet on this deal having successful cb from sb before thinking it'd be a zero fail rate. But that was still a risk I had acknowledge in the beginning. We'll see how it plays out. Just tad disappointed it didn't work as expected. Support is always a hit or miss so I'll expect the worst outcome at this point. Will update the thread when I hear back.

OK, good luck, I know it is a pain in the ass to go through, especially when there's $100 at stake. But Swagbucks doesn't get paid by Walmart either if you don't so if it all checks out you should get your money. I certainly hope you do. I don't enjoy posting deals where people feel like they got ripped off, because I've been in your shoes with unreported cashback or unpaid rebates on various deals.
