It's the exact opposite for me. I have had every Lisen, Basus, whatever out here, this is the first one that worked consistently and well. The case is a big variable. I had the 25 watt Lisen, useless, and another Lisen without the suction cup just sticky pad, it worked great then started working well for the first ten seconds, than constantly resets. As a holder it's fine, and its easy enough to get high efficiency if needed by plugging in directly. Too late to return.

This entire tech is not ready for prime time, and wastes a ton of juice in conductive heat at best. At best you get a poor connection and heat a phone that doesnt need cooking

I'll never use those vent clips, it blocks the vent, its a terrible support, and if you break your vent screwing with it, you have a lot bigger problems to deal with.
