Code Q4X37JUV worked but I had to select the $10.00 savings code and then add Q4X37JUV. It removes the $10 code but then worked. It would not work without doing that. Weird.

These should work with Makita batteries.
One of the reviews says a previous version worked with Dewalt batteries. These no-name tool brands should include battery adapters from the major brands if they want to increase sales.

Will this work with gasoline? Asking for a friend who is concerned about the war and rising gas prices.

That's worth a couple of yucks, but no this would not be good for gasoline because it's not "intrinsically safe". You can look up intrinsically safe on YouTube and you're probably find a firefighter video explaining it, but the short version is if there is an air seal around any electronics that can cause a spark. This tool is probably a brushed motor which produces ton of sparks internally. Even if it is brushless, but doesn't mean it's safe to use with or near fuel.

Seems like a good deal. Saw the same design at H9me Depot for Milwaukee for $230 with no M12 battery.
For what it's worth, the Milwaukee with battery runs $150 on sale. Much better than this pump, but obviously more. HD's current $229 w/o battery is very overpriced

Not bad .my worry is the batteries holding up.
I had SeeSii batteries for many years. Only one failed just last week. They are about as good as 3AH Makita batteries, and no DRM bs.

All the SeeSii tools only work with Makita batteries. Makita is the standard in Asia, all Chinese brands, by default, work with the Makita standard. Tools that work with Dewalt, Milwaukee, etc., are for the US market specifically.

I just got mine today. I do have a Milwaukee M12 pump that I use regularly at work to pump out water from meter curb vault. Here is my review on this unit that I got for home use.
Pro: 1. Price & Value: completed unit that comes with 2 batteries
2. Quite and as "strong" as my M12 pump (I tested both with clean water)

Con: 1. It feels "cheap" and I would not "abuse" like dropping, banging tossing , etc
2. Battery compartment is not waterproof but does come with an extension wire to keep battery further from water.
3. No storage bag/box

Conclusion: perfect for home use but shouldn't be abused. I do have the minisaw from this brand and that is my favorite minisaw for the $. I think this battery is usable with the saw

I have the manual pump one like this from HD (VAC Pump a way Manual) and it does the job when I am fixing my irrigations... Not sure if I need to spend 2X for a battery version. Sad part is , it does not work without battery, if it worked without the batteries, then I might buy for really pumping out a flood...
