Same price at adorama and Amazon. maybe other retailers. dont think Amazon is an official retailer.

It's a good deal, and I ordered one, but I'm not sure how much of a sale it is. Blackmagic's own site stated the price for this bundle was $395 just two days ago. Now, it's updated to $435 too, so it's basically MRSP. I got one from Amazon. Not a listed authorized retailer, but I wanted to get it overnight. Listing said it came with Studio 18 (not that it matters, it'd work for 20 or 21 Beta anyway), but there was actually a Studio 20 card in the box. It's for two computers (and can be moved to others by deactivating existing ones), and activated with no issues (one Windows and one Mac). Haven't tried the actual controller yet, I pretty much just wanted to buy the software, but like many are doing, figured might as well pay a little more and get a bundle. It looks and feels great, just haven't actually used it yet. People are also saying it's almost always discounted (by up to $150 per some reviews on Amazon) on Prime day or Black Friday, but I don't have patience for that, so I just went for it.
