Best Scenario 2: Climate controlled warehouse, climate controlled truck for pharmacy items, probably climate controlled Amazon warehouse, not climate controlled Amazon delivery truck, not climate controlled porch.

Reality scenario, they are stocked in a warehouse which is not climate controlled, transported on trucks that are not climate controlled and possibly in a storage container before they are stocked on shelves. Buying from Amazon isn't going to make these worse over buying them from a store at least in the scenario you are thinking of.
