I have this exact keyboard and just ordered this again to have a 2nd one. This is 8000 polling rate + rapid fire magnetic switches, plus it has 5 layers of dampening, which gives it a beautiful "thocky" sound ... it sounds amazing. In fact, you can go and watch "typing sounds" of this keyboard on YouTube. This is a AMAZING keyboard for the value. The same feature set costs $100 - $150+ if this were a name brand keyboard with this feature set, if it were Asus or Corsair, etc. This is such an amazing keyboard to game on and type on. I promise, if you buy it, you will be shocked at how great it performs. It honestly doesn't get much better than this feature set wise. If this had maybe an aluminum top plate, then maybe that's where you could improve on the value. For $36, this is a crazy outstanding fantastic deal. It's very solidly well-built, and the features are basically, the best you can get. This is only missing wireless. I have wireless keyboards, a handful of 'em, and they run out of battery quickly. They are annoying to really use because it's a constant cycle of charging, using, low battery, every 2 days.

I know this doesn't perfectly answer your question, but...I bought a Reddragon brand mechanical keyboard (red switches) for Used Like New for $25.
I really enjoy it, and would buy again.

There's this thing called "reviews" right on Amazon product page....
True but some reviews are biased (they got the products for free) and some are from doorknob reviewers.

Red Dragon makes some good products. We've used their keyboards since Covid.

This brand is trash, I got one last time and stopped working in a month. Never had I had a keyboard completely fail on me before.

When I buy things, I like to see 90% on 5,4 and 3 star reviews added together. This at this point has 91% on 5 and 4 star reviews. Please enlighten everyone, including me, why it is trash.

Counterpoint. I have 2 of that brand on different machines and they've performed on par with keyboards twice their price and are still working like they did day 1.

So it's good to put your data entry point in the mix for people to consider, but generalizing from a singular experience does not look good on anyone.
