I like the husky better. It has open top outside pockets to tuck frequently used tools in. I find that feature pretty handy when monkeying around fixing things.

I'm not a fan of the shoulder strap anchor points. I loaded the bag up with tools while trying it out at the store and the bag almost capsized.
