$30 for a 20 year old game is a deal? You people have lost your minds.
The GameCube version is 20 years old.

This is a remake with graphical improvements and additional content. It's also available on a modern console.

The Super Mario RPG remake was so bad. They completely borked the combat mechanism is the remake. Was so disappointed.

That's what I'm saying! All nintendo has been doing is remaking old games and Marking them as $60! Imagine paying $60 for God of War 2, for the Playstation 4 console, when the ps5 is out! Like that's crazy!!!

$20, maybe $30 Max should be regular retail for this.

Remember the Nintendo select for Wii games? Those were, I believe $20 for games that had been out for a while.

Granted this game has better graphics, they did add some new content though, so for $30 and this being one of my two favorite paper Mario games along with the N64 version, I got this myself for around $30 a few months ago and played through it again

I remember getting this for 19.99, just goes to show you Nintendo stays price gouging.

What about the 8 brand new first party titles they put out from June 2025 through the end of the year? Not a single remake/remaster counted amongst them.Meanwhile, Microsoft and Sony mustered FIVE total first party releases for all of 2025. Your take is ignorant and outdated. Time to head back to bed, grandpa!

Haven't fully played through it, but personally I think it looks fantastic on switch.
