what's wrong with the ingredients of the ones i listed? for example, the only difference between my first link and your first link is MCT oil vs. Coconut Oil and your 2nd link actually has MCT oil which is just a concentrated version of Coconut oil. So why would you pay FOUR times the price per pill, i don't get it.

However, the first link I shared contains K2 in a dual-form combination of MK-4 and MK-7, balancing both sustained-release and rapid-acting effects. This dual-form formulation likely accounts for its relatively higher price. MCT oil absorbs faster than coconut oil but can be more irritating to the stomach. Of course, choose the supplement that best suits your needs.
