I've never tried this flavor, but the reviews on the chocolate seem to go wildly one way or the other. For what it's worth the chocolate flavor seems to be on sale/clearance a lot, compared to the other flavors... I'd try it but I have too much protein powder as it is

Sweetened with xylitol, beware! Probably the worst tasting chocolate and vanilla I've ever tried, and I really love this brand, and that's not including the digestive upset with the xylitol. Decent deal on the unflavored that has none of the downsides.

Worst flavor ever. I got used to it because I don't like wasting food. But it's the only protein shake I considered dumping after first taste.

Is it as bad as the Quest chocolate powder?

Haven't tried but has the most dull taste. I eat tuna out the can and it's probably on par with that experience.

beware.. it tastes much different to other proteins since they don't use normal sweeteners.
I have to mix mine with classic sucralose sweetened. otherwise I can't just eat ist.

I always get chocolate protein because I could really eat it anytime over and over again. This chocolate is the only one I just don't like. Not sure what it is but it never tastes right...

I've never cared about flavor in whey protein until I had this one.

Adding to the chorus of bad flavor reviews...I've had probably 25 different flavors and brands of proteins. This is BY FAR the nastiest tasting whey I've ever had. It might be good for adding to recipes, but it's horrible for drinking.
