Decent deal but I'd rather get many of the Galaxy 6 or 7s for around this price. It's a much better watch.

My pixel watch 2 is still running strong. Still a 2 day battery life watch. No need to upgrade at this point

What's better about the Galaxy 6 or 7s?

I was in the market for watches not to long ago for my wife and determined that if you wanted all the features of a name-brand smart/fitness watch, you also needed to have that same brands phone.

We come from Fitbit so, naturally, PW is the obvious choice for familiarity sake and just went with the Pixel 9 + PW2 deal from December. I am still using my Sense from 2020, my wife is using the PW2 and have heard zero complaints.

But my biggest takeaway from my months of searching/looking at these watches is that battery life (avg) is 2 days. They all have the same important "core" features and a lot of the same "extra" features Nothing really stood out to me, other than aesthetics and some gimmicky features.
