Was not expecting to see this here. This is a horrible printer, it isn't made by HP, there is no support for it. The manual is basic drivel and unhelpful. Doesn't come with a dedicated application and tried several which I could never get to work and wasn't about to pay for a separate one which is what was advised. Definitely, do not recommend.

Yeah, because it's not just the hardware needed to make a printer work. Software is a huge part of operating a printer including the program you use to create the labels... This is basic.

Furthermore if I buy an HP product, I expect to get HP support. Not shoved off to some no name company .

And wtf did Canon come into this?
