lol, literally just ordered this 20m ago with this promo after noticing the $400 off in my play perks. $350 trade in credit for the pixel 9, so I was able to upgrade to the 10 pro for $50

Incredible. $50 + tax to go from 9 Pro 128 to 10 Pro 256. With a $50 Google store credit for having a Google One plan.
This is after getting the 9 Pro nearly free when Best Buy had silly trade-in deals to pre-order 2 summers ago. So I guess I now expect a nearly free Pixel every 18 months.

Unsure if deal is dead? Unable to stack offers. $400 Play Store code is replacing the $250 savings.
Edit: Error message I get: You can only use one code per order. Codes cannot be combined with other promotions.

Darn. I was able to stack the 10 pro XL but later I saw they had a sale on the watch 4 45mm and tried to see if it stacked. Unfortunately it didn't. I was too slow.
