Was $219 and most places have it for $109 but I found it for $89.00 with Free SHipping. Great deal for a solid paddle. Nothing fancy to look at but it has a lot of texture and a good warranty through Head.

Now with highly rated paddles such as Vatic v-sol, Ronbus Quanta , Luzz cannon and Enhance turbo selling for $100 with discount code, a mediocre paddle that came out 2 years ago is not a great deal.
I disagree. I love my Radical Nite paddle and since most of these are made exactly the same, I'll take a raw carbon paddle from a big sporting goods name brand (not a new pickleball only brand) any day of the week. At least you know they would stand by their warranty if ever needed. So many new pickleball companies are going out of business so fast. Why take that risk.
$89 for a gen 2 paddle with warranty/support is kind of pricey for old tech. Paddles are consumables. Like a tennis racquet - strings wear, strings break. Paddles wear/grit wears, core may eventually crush. Warranty or not, most companies would not warranty those issues. And if you wear out the grit, you probably would opt for newer tech/generation of paddles.
Vatic, Friday, 11six24 - are some budget friendly brands that offer good support. Gen 2 would run <$90. Their gen 3 or 4 paddles are between $90-$110. Most offer a 90 day warranty. Easy to replicate/refer people to the same paddle.
Alternatively you can find temu knock offs of Joola IV for about $30 that perform probably similar to gen 2. At that price point you can pick up 3 of them. There is more variability and inconsistency in these paddles. Difficult to find an identical paddle if you really like the one you purchased or want to refer someone to.
But at the pace that pickleball tech is evolving, I would say you move on to the next generation.
