Seriously though, I'm confused by that one pic. It shows the different adhesion levels for the colored tapes, along with a # of days. What exactly does the # days have to do with anything??
Purple - gentle.. 60-days
Blue - medium (original). 14-days
Blue - medium (sharp lines). 21-days
Green - very strong. 5-days

Working on year 4 for blue tape and its a smidge less sticky...
I've found this is reasonably good at edge sealing, but you need to go over it carefully. As soon as the last coat of paint is tacky, I remove it all. Leaving it too long can wind up pulling paint off the wall if you don't have perfect adhesion.
