100% brand is good. But this helmet is not a good helmet. Ranked near the bottom by Virginia Tech testing. Cheap for a reason.
If you can only afford a $20 helmet, this is certainly better than nothing. But it's not a good helmet.

Yes. I got a Troy Lee Designs A1 from them a few years back and it was new and just as described.
