I've had a few of these. They always seem to fail over time. Which is frustrating because even the high end, more analog ones have issues too. Amazon just doesn't seem to have good quality control with these products in general (or they are made cheaply these days).

I used these types before, and I'd recommend getting the cheapest smart version instead. It's infinitely better. There a lot more flexibility with the app. I'd go a step further and get the wifi version instead, so you can access your smart sprinkler from anywhere. I paid $20 a month ago - I'm sure the price hasn't changed much, and you'll be thanking yourself later for making a good decision.

I have this for my vegetable garden, it works great! I'm not fond of needing an app for everything, and this was easy enough to program and to adjust.

I have used nelson brand double timer for last 4-5 years.they are rock solid.they probably go wonky after a year or something.even at a year it's worth the money.also the warranty is awesome.they replaced when a timer goes bad.

I've owned many Orbit brand ones and they all fail within 2 years. I don't know if it has to do with the water pressure, hard water or direct sunlight breaking down the circuits. The Orbit brand have plastic ends and costs $25+. So for this price, definitely worth a try.

Worked great after I flattened out the rubber o-ring under the strainer. Came from the factory folded in half. Ran it through its paces, not bad for $11.
