Oakley Assault 2 boots are being praised as lightweight, comfortable leather tactical boots with easy lacing and a slip resistant rubber outsole. The coyote color is just the finish, not coyote leather, and the model is described as a 6 inch boot with full grain leather and an EVA midsole. Fit is the main concern, with repeated reports of an extremely narrow opening and no extra wide option, which may be tight for wide feet. Durability also looks limited, since the soles are said to wear smooth after about a year.
The boots can feel comfortable on day one and they lace up easily.
The boots can be light for a boot and may suit dog walking.
The sole can be slip-resistant without being overly aggressive for everyday wear.
The outsole can wear down to a smooth surface after about a year of use.
The boots can have an extremely narrow fit that may not work for wide or double-wide feet.
The return policy can be elaborate enough to discourage trying the boots for uncertain fit and sizing.
The listing may not show the bottom tread, which can make it harder to judge slip prevention.
The boots may be described as coyote leather even though they are not actually made of coyote leather.

Seriously, I found this 30min SF body only workout (youtube.com/watch?v=GwoCbvJTm44)
and he recommended the GARMONT TACTICAL T8 NFS 670 for rucks etc.
I bought them and they are amazing on day one, even for wide feet needs. They are not cheap though.
