Seriously, I found this 30min SF body only workout (youtube.com/watch?v=GwoCbvJTm44)
and he recommended the GARMONT TACTICAL T8 NFS 670 for rucks etc.
I bought them and they are amazing on day one, even for wide feet needs. They are not cheap though.
