Choose the RX 9060 XT 16GB for better long-term value and high-resolution texture capacity. Choose the RTX 5060 Ti 8GB if you prioritize Ray Tracing, AI upscaling (DLSS), and superior, stable performance in modern AAA titles that support these features.

32Gb RAM on Dell is a sweeten the pot type of deal. Unless you need 16Gb VRAM, go Dell

I'm comparing those two as well. I like the Microcenter deal, but the 460w PSU + other Dell proprietary hardware is what's holding me back. For pure gaming and upgradability this is probably better, but for productivity/AI tasks, I think the Microcenter one wins. I'm probably going to end up picking up the Microcenter one.

"The Dell Tower Plus EBT2250 is far less proprietary than Dell's Inspiron/Vostro/OptiPlex lines and is one of Dell's most upgrade‑friendly towers in 2025–2026, but it still isn't fully standard ATX. It uses standard GPUs, standard DDR5 DIMMs, standard PCIe SSDs, and a 750W PSU, but the motherboard layout and front‑panel wiring remain Dell‑custom. If you want a Dell that's closest to DIY‑standard, this is the one."

This might be a really dumb question and I apologize I'm new to this but if you were gonna try to start doing video editing to create like YouTube videos would you recommend getting a desktop like this or the new MacBook Air M5? Thx and again I'm new at this so don't destroy me in the comments if it's a really obvious answer. Also I was only able to get the price down to $1160 with the 2 e coupons am I missing something

It's not really a problem with 16GB of VRAM. Almost no games at any setting use that much... yet.
I'm pairing 16GB DDR5 with 16GB VRAM cards and I have yet to find an issue in any game. If you're running multiple screens with YouTube/Discord/browsers etc. all running while you're gaming though... You'll feel that.
