I want a pill organizer that is tiny and sleek and easy to carry but also can hold all the pills that are keeping me alive.
I need some sort of medical bag of holding.

It's a decent deal; however, according to some of the reviews, the lettering wears off in a matter of months, which might matter to some.

I have this exact one in Small, and yes, the letters do wear off, but it's not hard to just put them back on with a Sharpie. The case still works fine, each day can pop in/out, and they still snap closed after 2+ years of daily use. It's worth it if you don't mind losing some lettering after six months or a year of use. I did order some in large sizes before, but they're too large for me, and they're tucked away in case I ever need them. BTW, I only see large available at this price.

I have the small and large version of this. Kid has a heart condition and has to take meds twice daily. This pill organizer has a nice design in that you can actually pop out the individual days of the week as a smaller container and take those with you. If you go on a day/night trip or a weekend getaway, you can pop them out and take only the days you need so you don't have a giant pill organizer taking up as much space and still have the day of the week and am/pm cycle slots to know if you've taken it at those times yet. I originally bought mine 2 years at at twice the cost, so this seems like a good price to me.

What I really want to know is how easy do these pop open? Really tired of taking pill organizers on trips only to find them open and the pills spilled out in my backpack. One time this happened with fish oil and I had to toss the whole backpack. No amount of washing would cut it.

I just got these, they're annoyingly hard to open because the tab doesn't give you much leverage and the edge is sharp. On the flip side, I wouldn't trust them in luggage not to pop open. I think you should get the folding type that have two pieces that fold shut and prevent unintentional opening.

Each day come out and you can take the whole thing, but the corners are not rounded so you can't slip the meds up the side, you have to flip it over if you have arthritis or any limitations with your fingers.

More expensive than average. Also can pick up several types of pill boxes at dollar store, so this is three+ times as expensive. The pop out might be worth more, but I just take an empty pill bottle or empty contact lense case and put my pills in it.
