I have this, would absolutely recommend. Think I got it for around $25 and is very worth it. Able to fast charge multiple devices no problem. Even able to charge a macbook pro / air effectively. though you should note it is probably wise to charge only just one thing (the laptop) while doing so.
I have this and it's a great charger. The only thing I don't like is that the ring lights up and just adds more light in the cabin. Tested it on iPhone and it will even charge a MacBook Air 2025/26 at just under 1% a minute (while in use) so good if you are on the go

yeah, I agree on both the good and "don't like"
Originally I scuffed the ring then used a sharpie to darken the ring, but ended up moving it to my center console storage... works much nicer there as cables are more hidden
120W is 10A at 12VDC so you're 100% CORRECT. If you hit capacity on this thing you may want to pick up some automotive fuses as well!
Then again, if your engine is running and your alternator's putting out closer to 14 volts you may be able to pull the 130 watts and keep under 10A js.

Hit/miss QC.

As another poster said, some cars will not support this, as they have a 10A fuse for that circuit.
