Only thing I don't like about it is the spray mode atomizes the water too much (gets all over the place) and I don't use it for that reason. I have to turn down the water just the right amount so it stays on but doesn't splash all over the place in the spray mode.

same with me - spray is insanely high pressure and fine - like a pressure washer.

This was my issue as well, I turned the base around so the sensor went to the left and handle was up front. No issues with clearance.
That said, unlike other people, mine started to leak after about 3 years right at the plastic base where the electric valve is located. (It is separate box mounted under the sink.)
Since I never really used the auto faucet part, just replaced with a manual control Moen.

I've owned one of these for 5 years and never had a problem. I love it but it's not for everyone. 1) no guest can figure out how to use it and they usually leave the handle closed which then frustrates other people who understand they just need to wave. 2) The sensor is triggered by anything warm or highly reflective but won't work through a thick glove - problems when washing with gloves on or hot / metal pans. 3) The spray is far too intense and gets everything within a foot wet. 4) Make sure you get a model which is activated when pulling down - one of my favorite ways to use it. I bought it during COVID and it's great for no-touch when you have dirty / greasy hands. I bought a second one for my basement kitchen without the pull-down activation and found it just didn't work well enough for me and was constantly activating on metal pans I use in that kitchen so I actually turned off the motion activation (easy to do with a twist of a knob at the control box).

I used to say this unit works pretty well. The customer support is good, as I've had to replace the solenoid valve controller portion twice, and they were good about sending a replacement each time.

But in the 4 years I've had it, it's broken twice. And the manual valve that bypasses the controller doesn't work - I broke it clean off when the solenoid valve failed last time, and water came gushing out of the cheap plastic manual bypass.

I'd be willing to pay twice as much for something more reliable. I'd skip this unit if I could do it over again.

had this model as our daily driver kitchen faucet for about 7 years now. it works most of the time. occasioanly the sensor just decides it doesnt want to work anymore. sometimes you wave your hand in front 2 dozen times and it eventually works, other times it just doesnt want to work for 10 minutes. no rhyme or reason as to why it fails. originally thought it was due to water temp or fluctuating water pressure (like a washing machine turned on). but no, it is just fully random. taking the batteries out, unplugging the sensor data cable and letting it sit for 20 minutes seems to fix it for a while, but it seems to always come back.
ours seems to eat batteries, change them about once every 4 or so months. reaaaaaaaally wish they made a plug-in-wall version. getting up under the sink, behind the plumbing, moving all the cleaners, towels, etc to swap batteries is a pain.

My internal plastic parts broke too and they sent me a replacement. But when I went to replace it I removed the broken internal plastic pieces and it started working again lol
