Top speed of 40mph? Yeah, this is a motorcycle in every state in the union. Mopeds top out at 30-35mph.

Irritate a cop on this thing and expect get hit with unregistered/uninsured vehicle fines plus no-helmet and no-license on top of whatever you did in the first place. Its also illegal to sell or even advertise in New Jersey as an "ebike".

Probably a lot of fun on a motocross track if those brakes have enough power to stop you.
