The dude lifts up on the drill causing the uneven issue. So obvious you can see the gap when he does it.

I've used this. It's not bad. I already own a planer, so I'd use that personally but you'd definitely need to sand after either tool.

This tool has its uses, but if you are fixing a rubbing door with this, look into bending hinges instead. Sagging doors can be fixed free by working on the hinges without trimming the door.

I love Ryobi, but sometimes I think their designers sit around and pull random words out of a hat to come up with new tools.
