teasing cats and dogs, kids, pointing things out, pointing out constellations, not flashing in the eyes of pilots or drivers, making cool smoke laser shoes over campfires, illuminating a room aside from white light.

I bought an Olight ultra around Christmas on a deal, then got this the last deal. This one is by far brighter. Shockingly bright for how small. The Olight is cool for the uv and laser pointer

If you work in the trades, a surprising amount of time is spent communicating to other people what the problem is and what box/conduit/pipe etc needs to be examined or replaced. The laser pointer makes this easier and reduces communication overhead when pointing out things in the distance

Probably just a joke but don't use laser pointer for dogs. Cats are fine, dogs can have long lasting negative reactions.

Like what? Do you have any where I could research this? I use a laser pointer all the time with dogs and I sure don't want to be hurting them!

Just got this delivered today. It's pretty bright! The side lights are cool, as is the rgb though I'm not sure what I'd use that for. It does get hot at max brightness. The controls are definitely something to get used to, but it's prob the nicest flashlight I now own

Goggle laser pointers and dogs. There is lots of information about this. Here is an article from the AKC. The AKC is a high quality source with regards to canines https://www.akc.org/expert-advice...-than-fun/. You can find some pretty horrid stories about its effects on dogs through various other sources. Some dogs are never the same after just a few exposure.
