Tool manufacturers really getting out of pocket thinking $115 retail for 3 pliers is reasonable. One of the most common and researched tools in the trade.

Don't fall for the high price lure of quality. If you pay $100 vs $50 for the same tool set, that doesn't mean it's twice as durable. Companies have seen what Milwaukee charges and want a piece of that pie. They don't realize Milwaukee has a deep rooted mass of brand junkies.

If your job is to use these tools every single day, then yeah get these. They are durable for sure. If you're a homeowner who tinkers here and there, you should not get this unless you really want to have dollars sunk into a tool you won't use to it's potential

Yes, i agree with this. This is a daily driver type pliers. The price reflects the quality though, and these are hands down the best pair of pliers I've ever used. Grips when others slip, but of course over time they'll wear out like the rest. Depends how you use them. If you have the money and appreciate top quality, get them, but otherwise the Milwaukee pliers have gotten me by for years too.
