Actually the good stuff, the original stuff, is largely cocoa butter which is why it's called white chocolate.

The crap imposters use vegetable oils, always have. Bewilders me why they call it "chocolate" too.

You have to be pretty old to remember how delicious white chocolate made with cocoa butter tasted (back when it was always made with cocoa butter so you didn't have to check.)
