Last year I bought the Lithelli 20v for $65 on a Woot deal just to take care of my dog's penned in area. It was OK, but a 13" inch path is incredibly small and it felt like a toy. I kind of regretted it even though it accomplished what I wanted. For this year I decided to replace it with the Toro 21" 60v for $189 from last November's Lowes deal. It just seemed like a good idea. This 13" mower seems only marginally better than the one I bought. I think the deal is a little questionable at $110.
