Exact terms are "The BUY-ONE-GET-ONE (BOGO) promotion is limited to five free menu items per check and is subject to availability. Each free item requires purchase of an entrée item of equal or greater value and may be collected only by a tattoo-wearing customer. A tattoo can mean a real tattoo, a temporary tattoo, a drawn-on tattoo, or another creative iteration invoking tattoos, as determined at the sole discretion of restaurant staff. So yes, this is a solid deal as long as you have a pen handy and don't mind drawing on yourself a bit. This is a piece of cake.
I am not participating because Chipotle is expensive and I am not drawing anything on myself. The people, who actually endured getting a tattoo and the little kids who are learning what a wash off tattoo is, deserve this.
