I'm not too sure what their 'rank as an artist on spotify' has to do with it considering how many artists there on Spotify (9.75 million was the estimate I saw so that would be somewhere in the top 1%). The album itself was not reprinted/available for a bit I think; it is also the most well known and commercially successful album from this band. It was ranked #69 on Guitar World's 100 Greatest Guitar Albums of All Time in October 2006. It was certified platinum in the US and sold over a million copies world wide.

Having said that, Slickdeals is supposed to be about savings, not about popularity? Look at the price history - this is 20% off the typical price ($20 over $25) which for popular vinyl is a pretty good discount on a brand new album (resale value is irrelevant for this edition/reprint of an album - it will be less than the price it is being sold for here...)

Edit: I used amazon's price history. The all time lowest price noted from our lumpy friends is $18.90.
