This USB rechargeable shaker cup is best at mixing protein shakes and supplement blends more smoothly than a standard shaker bottle. It handles liquid, oatmeal, peanut butter, creatine, collagen, and similar powders without clumps, runs about 30 seconds at a time, and can be restarted or set to run continuously with a double tap. It is fairly quiet, easy to clean, and avoids the loud office shaking routine. The main caution is the bottom seal, which has been flagged as a possible leak point, though long term use has also been reported with no issues.
Office workers mixing supplements quietly, because it blends powders well enough without the loud shaking of a regular bottle.
Supplement drinkers who want a compact mixer for creatine, collagen, or electrolyte powders, because it works well for those ingredients and is more precise than a standard shaker.
It mixes protein, oatmeal, peanut butter, Liquid IV, EAAs, creatine, and collagen smoothly, and one report says 17 oz comes out clump-free. It is not meant for frozen fruit.
A single press runs it for about 30 seconds, and it can be started again if you need more mixing. Double-tapping the power button runs it without the timer.
I can tell you that this is a bad design. They sell tons of these on AliExpress for half the price. Now, the design is pretty bad because eventually the seal at the bottom would get loose. Liquid would sip under into the motor and make it inoperable. Unless this has a different design but I doubt it does because it looks exactly like the AliExpress ones.
I've had this exact cup and used it for like 1.5 years, the seal at the bottom has been fine. I use it for creatine/taurine/citrulline shakes everyday. As well as the occasional collagen/protein shake. It's still kicking and I have a 2nd one for back up once this one dies, tho it's been going strong for well over a year. The gasket at the bottom is substantial.
Volt has another type that has closed bottom cup with a motor piece that uses plastic tabs that fit into the bottom of the cup that spins the blender part, but that's not this model https://a.co/d/0hbKu2TW

I have this and it's awesome. Blends 17 oz of liquid, protein, oatmeal and peanut butter with ease. It comes out clump free. The motor will run for like 30 seconds and you can run it again if you need to. It's USBC to charge so you can use any iPhone/ android cable to charge. I like it
did they take away the tap twice for a longer run time
I was considering getting this because I didn't want to deal with washing one of those whisk ball things. But then I also didn't want to deal with the electronic part breaking down like some of the reviews said. I ended up getting a helimix shaker. No extra parts but still a good mix.
I've got one of these, it works well enough, is fairly quiet and is easy to clean. Main benefit is not having to do the dramatic loud shaking of a regular blender bottle in the office.
