The issue I have with refurbished is that it's supposed to physically look as if it was new but it's been my experience that it looks heavily used, scratched, scuffed, etc., with the exception of Dyson products when you get it directly from them. Has anyone had a better experience with refurbished robotic vacuums on eBay?
