Can this power a furnace during a power outage?
it should be able to considering most oil furnaces use about 800 to 1200 watts, and this thing has a 2200w inverter (4400w surge). Keep in mind that it might not last that long, though. Expect about one hour or so. Maybe a little longer depending on the age or size of the furnace.

I bought this model sold and shipped by Jackery US through a different platform. It arrived very quickly but unfortunately was defective, and would not charge on AC power. I tried different outlets (15A and 20A) and different power cords but no luck. Called Jackery Customer Service and actually talked to a life person. Together we performed a system reset but that didn't fix the issue. So CSR sent me an email requesting a short video of the issue, the serial number, and my shipping address. The next day (Friday) she replied by email that a pre-paid shipping label would be sent on Monday. Tuesday night I still didn't receive the label and emailed back asking about the progress. Customer Service replied by email telling me that there was a problem with their system to issue return labels. So now I'm just waiting and waiting and hopefully at some point I will actually get that return label. In the meantime a 40lbs useless brick is taking up space in my hallway waiting to be sent back to Jackery. Only when it arrives back at their site in Freemont, CA will they sent out a replacement unit. So now I'm out the money and waiting indefinitely until I get a hopefully functioning unit.
Update: Received the return label on Wednesday and will have to haul the heavy box to FedEx for return. Once Jackery receives the return, they will process a refund or replacement.
Update: Received my replacement E2000v2 and it works as expected. Overall, Jackery customer service was very responsive and with a 3 week delay I have now a working unit.
