Don't buy it from brands that is not well established because these will stop working out of nowhere and are cheaply made

you want the screw on vs lever for the attachment to a tire stem. Much easier to manipulate and assure a solid connection.

people always say that but if there's plenty of U.S. reviews etc its usually not much worse than the ones that are name brand and 5 times the price. I've had several that have worked awesome

Never buy combos anything. If one-part stops working, then your only left with the function that still works. Remember TV / VCR / DVD combos. TV breaks, stuck with a VCR/ DVD & vice-versa. They stay around for about as long as a cold.
