I keep a kit like this in my bag for the (frequent) times when a kid on the dock doesn't have something. Costs me near nothing and adds some happiness to the world.

If you know what you're getting, there's not really a problem. Just don't buy it expecting to have an equivalent to a Gambler Lures Walking Frog, SPRO crankbait, etc. Plus junk lures often catch fish, especially if you hit them with the right attractant.
