Been eyeing this all week, but now that you posted it, the one open‑box unit in Chicago is sold — and not to me. If you look at the Costco reviews for this series, there are a lot of complaints about units dying early.

Price‑wise, you could easily make your money back just by selling the memory, CPU, and SSD. The downside is that the model isn't really expandable. The PCIe slots are allegedly blocked by the PSU, the PSU supposedly lacks extra connectors, and the case has no 3.5" or 2.5" drive bays.
