Also, no internal 2.5" drive capability like the ASUS NUC 14 Pro Tall

My understanding is accessories. Dual 2280 M.2 with adapter(NUCIOAES0CR) or Extra NIC with a Serial Port(NUCIOALASCR) etc.

Damn. I hadn't thought of how the barebones market will deal with the rise in RAM/SSD prices.

Yhey are exactly the same, EXCEPT the TALL version has space for expansion modules. (See page 5 of https://dlcdnwebimgs.asus.com/fil...asheet.pdf )

Asus NUC 15 (short or tall) do NOT have an SATA ports. The size difference is to add modules. (see my other reply)

16GB and 1TB of storage is almost $400 now... 😭. My idea of shopping for a bargain now has become trawling ebay for systems that are close to their ram/storage component cost.

I'm pretty plugged in with amd minipc socs (have a 7945hx, x255, x370), but have not followed intel at all. How is this in efficiency and igpu performance (emulators etc) vs the 8945, x255 and other popular 8c/16t amd chips with 780m igpu?
