With Rob Reiner's passing, it would have been nice to have extras. I am sure they filmed a bunch of extra footage.
They'll undoubtedly milk it with a half dozen more releases over the coming years... Special edition, ultra edition, turned up to 12 edition, memorial edition...
I thought the film was meh - pretty boring and unfunny. Had a few amusing parts, but nowhere near the classic the original is.
This was an incredibly boring and half-hearted misfire of a sequel.
As much as I thought this was meh, I bit for the steelbook at this price point. I read the Spinal Tap book and it talks about why they knew they shouldn't do a sequel but felt they needed to do something with the property after spending decades getting the rights. I'll rewatch it enough out of love for the people in it to make it worth owning.

Spinal Tap II: The End Continues was his final film.
What a talent, such an absolute tragedy.
