Unless it has a transformer to increase voltage, 12v is the bare minimum to run starlink. So if you start the car, have other draws, or have a large wire run (say like to the back of an SUV or van) were the voltage drops below 12v (even for just a moment) you may have problems with starlink intermittently dropping out. It's better to have a plug that increases voltage to 18-24v to starlink.

Did you even go to the page and read the specs? We don't need "I think" responses. We need responses to the specs which they show in an image to be 60W.

Not sure what your post is about. No where in the description does it say it has a transformer to increase voltage. It literally says 13v in, 13v out. Not that it'll take 11.5v and turn it into 13v. So I'm not just spouting opinions.

The watts is relatively irrelevant to how starlink works. The issue arises that it automatically shuts off if below 12v.
