Thanks, repped. Btw free shipping without Prime starts at $35 based on the pre coupon price, so only ~$3 more will qualify for this one.

If I'm looking at the correct one you mentioned, they both look pretty comparable. Although the biggest difference I can see is this SR20 has the red light to help maintain your night vision. It also has that standoff design around the lens bezel/frame. You can set the flashlight on a desk face down and it will still let just enough light through there so you can keep writing/working.

Yeah could have just been bad luck, but I bought 2 headlamps from this brand a few weeks ago and both were non-functional (bad battery, would not hold charge), and returned both within a few days of each other.

I've bought many Sofirn lights both for myself and as gifts. Never have had a problem. They're great quality. Pretty much my go to brand.

Dang that's really unlike them. I'm starting to amass quite an army of flashlights with how powerful and cheap these are becoming and I have yet to come across these issues. I have several sofirns, a few convoys and a Duracell. (Duracell has been the only one I had an issue with, but it was an old one). Although I know it does happen.
I'd say give them another shot. It was probably a fluke?

Light is $31.98 when I go through the link. The price history shows that the lowest price in the last 90 days was $25.99...nothing there about $16, anywhere. Too bad, because I love my sofirn flashlight.
