the notches are a little different, believe the 82v notch is a bit deeper. 82v battery is a teensy (1/16"?) bigger. Shouldn't be too hard to modify. In for 1 myself.
One review notes the AC adapter is not included and I wouldn't expect it to be.

Even though the voltage (72v) is the same apparently the 82v batteries are a bit better for recharge. Would've been nicer to just have a pro battery line w an upcharge…
