This is the Kasa KC401, not specifically an item from the tplink side. You apparently need the Kasa app for it. I'm a huge fan of tplink but I'd probably go with the TP equivalent here camera so I can centralize all my stuff in the single app. I already have several and they work incredibly well.

I think you can use the Tapo app to control Tplink, Kasa, and Tapo devices

The Tapo app will do everything but the Kasa cloud videos if you buy that service.

TP-Link is the company that makes both the Kasa and Tapo lines of webcam products, so this is still a TP-Link item. I assume you meant to say that this webcam is from the Kasa line/side and not from the Tapo one.
