If You ever need customer service from ASUS they are terrible. Their answer to everything is ship it to them at your cost & then pay shipping back plus whatever their going to charge for repair service / parts.

Not really terrible for a portable monitor. Always a tradeoff of brightness vs. power drain for something that is potentially also eating at your laptop battery.
